Two Head Games started with a simple idea — instead of working on endless client projects, why not build something of our own? What began as a late-night conversation quickly turned into prototypes, playtests, and our first shipped games. No big team. No investors. Just two people who love making things and learning fast. We believe in shipping small, improving constantly, and letting the work speak louder than promises.

Our First Step- Trial Run

A small in-house game built to test our workflow, collaboration, and speed — and to prove that we ship, not just plan.

 

This was our very first project together as a team. Not a big launch. Not a polished flagship. Just a focused experiment to validate our process, ideas, and momentum. Built fast within two weeks. Learned faster. Shipped anyway, and it marks the beginning of Two Head Games.
